Term of sales and returns policy
Thank you for taking an interest in my jewellery. All my items are designed and made by myself and each item description will outline the processes and materials used.
My aim is to make jewellery that is unique and original but still highly wearable.
I make some of my items to order, so once an order is placed I will then endeavour to make your item and ship it to you within 7 days. If this is not possible due to raw materials being out of stock with my suppliers I will contact you to advise on a delivery time. The vast majority of aluminium pieces are ready to ship and are one off items. It is sometimes possible to replicate them depending on the design. So if there is an item you see that is sold out please do contact me to see if a similar item can be made.
I photograph most of work myself, and I don't edit the photo beyond a little sharpening up, in order to get a true reflection of the colour of the piece. Please remember though that all computers have different settings for colour and resolution etc, so sometimes the colour of the actual piece may differ from what you see on your screen.
Payment
payment by PayPal only, it's safe and works best for both parties.
Custom orders are also welcome. In this case a deposit of 50 % is required with the balance due on completion. Any refunds for the cancellation of custom orders is at the discretion of the maker.
Shipping
Deliveries within the U.K are sent 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated in which case special delivery will be used
Insurance is not included unless posted by special delivery, please email if you require this service and it is not offered on a particular item.
Please allow 7 days for orders to be posted and allow additional time for the order to reach you.
For postage outside the UK- In most cases orders are shipped using the lowest priced option, unless the item is listed as being shipped with tracking and insurance. Please note this option is quite costly, but for higher priced items it is necessary to use this method. Any import tax/customs charges are to be paid by the buyer and I am not responsible for these. PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING OUSTSIDE OF THE UK
Refunds and Exchanges
if you have any problems, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve your issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will be happy to arrange a refund of the goods. Items should be returned to me undamaged and in the original packaging, in a condition fit for resale, within 14 days of original receipt. Cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For items that are made to order I cannot accept cancellations or refunds.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
