Printed Aluminium and sterling silver drop earrings - Blue, lilac and pink

Hand crafted Sterling silver and Aluminium earrings

These earrings are made with a hand dyed/printed aluminium. The wing shape drop has been hand pierced/cut and slightly shaped to give it a gentle curve. These have been dyed in a combination of blue, purple and pink.

The earring wires are sterling silver hooks. Overall length is approximately 4 cm. Width at the widest point is about 1.5 cm

All my aluminium jewellery is created from small panels of hand printed and dyed aluminium. The process can be pretty random, building up layers of pattern in various colours before dip dying and adding dyes to the panel using a brush. Once steam sealed to prevent fading I then select areas of each panel to use in my designs.

un-hallmarked sterling silver - All items weigh under 7.78 grams unless otherwise stated, which is the minimum weight required for hallmarking. Items exceeding this will be hallmarked and sold described as hallmarked sterling silver.
