Hand crafted Sterling silver and Aluminium earrings

These earrings are made with a hand dyed/printed aluminium and sterling silver hook ear wires

There are 2 aluminium discs- the lower/larger discs have been printed/dyed in a soft orange shade with a hint of pink and purple inspired by the sunset. The upper smaller in a lovely soft orange. Both discs have a slight curve.

Size- approximate overall drop is 4 cm. The width of the lower larger disc is 1.6 cm.

Un-hallmarked sterling silver (All items weigh below the required 7.78g grams necessary for hallmarking).

All my aluminium jewellery is created from small panels of hand printed and dyed aluminium. The process can be pretty random, building up layers of pattern in various colours before dip dying and adding dyes to the panel using a brush. Once steam sealed to prevent fading I then select areas of each panel to use in my designs.
