Printed Aluminium and sterling silver drop earrings - Blue and Cerise Pink

Hand painted and hand crafted Aluminium/sterling silver drop earrings.

These earrings are made with hand dyed/painted aluminium and sterling silver hook ear wires

There are 2 aluminium discs- the lower/larger discs have been hand painted in a lovely cerise pink. The upper smaller discs are blue with a hint of cerise pink butterfly wing print. Both discs have a gentle curve.

Size- approximate overall drop is 4.5 cm

All my aluminium jewellery is created from small panels of hand printed and dyed aluminium. The process can be pretty random, building up layers of pattern in various colours before dip dying and adding dyes to the panel using a brush. Once steam sealed to prevent fading I then select areas of each panel to use in my designs.
